David Crosby was an American singer-songwriter and musician. He passed away at the age of 81. He was a founding member of both the Byrds and Crosby, Stills & Nash (CSN). He began his music career with the single “Music Is Love” in 1971.
In 1969, after their debut album’s release, CSN won the Grammy Award for Best New Artist.
In addition to his work with CSN and CSNY, Crosby has also released several solo albums throughout his career. He had been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame twice, once as a member of The Byrds and again as a member of CSNY.
