Rana Kapoor is an Indian banker. He is the founder and CEO of YES Bank. Rana Kapoor made his career in 1980 as a management trainee at Bank of America (BoA). He worked there for 16 years. After that he joined ANZ Grindlays Investment Bank as general manager, he worked for two years.
