Amogh Lila Prabhu is an Indian Saint, Motivational Speaker, and Social Worker. Prabhu Ji is a vice president of Dwarka ISKCON temple. Prabhu ji is not only a monk at Iskcon but he is showing the path to the young generation by his wonderful speeches.
His voice is excellent and he is devotee of Lord Shri Krishna.
When he was studying in class 7th, there was a chapter in his book, in which seven verses of the Bhagavad Gita were given with meaning.
In one of the verses it was told that the mind is very fickle, the mind is very strong, it does not listen to anyone (“मन बहुत चंचल है, मन बहुत बलवान है, यह किसी की भी नहीं सुनता“).
So when Amogha read it, he felt that here my mind is being told that my mind is very fickle, my mind does not listen to anyone.
Then they started thinking that how did this verse come to know about my mind?
It was only then that it came to his mind that if he opened my poles with 7 verses, 700 verses would tell about my whole life, that’s when he decided that he would study the entire Bhagavad Gita in this way. Thus his inclination toward spirituality was great.
He did his B.Tech from Delhi University and then He was working in a US-based MNC for approx. 8-10 years, After the marriage of his both Sisters, he joined as a Monk(Brahmachari) in ISKCON. He planned to join at age of 18 only but he wants to complete the family responsibilities as well so he didn’t join at that time, later he joined at age of 29 and now he is a Monk.
ISKCON is an organization founded by Swami A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada ji. He is famous for Hare Krishna Movement.
