Vikas Dubey was a gangster and criminal based in Kanpur Dehat district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. According to news, The first criminal case against him was registered in the early 1990s, when he assaulted some men in the neighboring village of Dibba Nivada to avenge an insult to his father.
